About PET-G Standard
PET-G Standard filament is made by Polish brand - ROSA 3D. The material is easy to print (quite comparable to PLA-based materials) and very durable. The basic ingredient of the product is PET-G which stands for glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate. Great chemical resistance is one of the most important features that PET-G Standard offers its user. Printouts made of it can be post-processed easily by variety of methods including:
- painting
- sandblasting
- sawing
- cutting
- sanding
PETG Standard is known for its great interlayer adhesion. It guarantees that printouts made from the filament will have been very durable. PET-G Standard is one of the easiest 3D printer filaments to work with. It doesn't require closed chamber. PETG Standard is characterised by low moulding shrinkage. This is why you don't need 3D printer with closed chamber. PET-G Standard doesn't emit smelly fumes which is huge advantage. It is user-friendly and durable material - it gives your 3D printer a lot of opportunities to make high-quality printouts.
