Spectrum ABS Medical - industrial, biocompatible 3D printer filament
Filament Spectrum Medical ABS is a highest-quality material designed specifically for medical applications. This 3D printing filament has been manufactured using ABS pellets that meet the biocompatibility requirements of USP Class VI or ISO 10993-1 certifications, which guarantees that it is biocompatible up to 30 days in contact with the human body (topical use).
Additionally, Medical ABS filament is food contact approved according to EU No 10/20111 and 21 CFR FDA regulations.
Spectrum Group Sp. z o.o. guarantees that the base raw material has no additives and has not been modified in the filament production process.

Packaging
Filament is reeled on the neat, transparent spool. Each spool contains information on the type of material, diameter and recommended printing temperature. Filament is vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. Whole product packed in the original, folied Spectrum Filaments packaging.
Verify your spool
During the production each 1mm of filament is being continuously measured in 2 axis with ±0.8µm accuracy. To be sure that the measurement result is reliable we use certified laser meter devices. Each spool receives a sticker with an individual QR code and spool ID. In the final step collected data is transported to our database what enables end-user to check online the course of diameter, mean diameter, ovality, standard deviation and production date for each manufactured spool individually. Precise survey guarantees that our products meet rigorous market requirements.
